Our Veterinarians

Dr. Victoria Spreyer, DVM

Dr. Spreyer received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from University of Missouri. Prior to joining Friendship Animal Hospital in 2020 she practiced in Alma, Michigan. Dr. Spreyer’s professional interests include working with feline patients, greyhounds, and building relationships with our clients to promote education.

Dr. Spreyer resides with her husband and son, as well as their three cats (Leo, Minnie, and George Clooney). She also has Jill, a retired racing greyhound. She was raised in Troy, Michigan. Dr. Spreyer’s hobbies include creating succulent arrangements, taking Jill to the dog park, reading, and playing video games.

Dr. Billings received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University. She then completed an equine internship at the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. Following this, Dr. Billings entered small animal practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She then joined Friendship Animal Hospital in 2017 and purchased the clinic in 2019. Professionally, Dr. Billings is very interested in the human-animal bond and general wellness through all life stages. Dr. Billings also enjoys dentistry and soft tissue surgery.

Dr. Billings grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys playing ice hockey, hiking, and horseback riding. Dr. Billings and her husband have two young children. They also have Becker, an Australian Shepherd who keeps Dr. Billings active no matter the conditions outside.

Dr. Katie Kaczmarek, DVM

Dr. Kaczmarek received her Animal Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Michigan State University. Following this she practiced in Houston and Rhode Island before returning to the Midwest. Dr. Kaczmarek loves creating lasting relationships with her patients and their families through wellness and illness care as well as surgery and dentistry.

Dr. Kaczmarek is originally from Grand Rapids. She and her husband reside in Kalamazoo with their son. Outside of work, she loves running with her Vizsla, cooking and baking, camping, hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She also leases a Trakehner named Ryan so she can pursue her love of horseback riding.
